ACHROMAT TUBE ASSEMBLIES

Complete units, including objective lens, ready to use on your mounting. All units now equipped with the superb 2.7” focuser manufactured by Astro-Physics, Inc. 5" and 6" units are shipped via UPS. 8" and larger units are shipped via UPS and/or Federal Express and/or USPS. All tubes now powder coated for extra durability. Packing and shipping costs for the 5" or 6" assemblies in the continental US is $95.00. Shipping costs for the 8" and larger units is collected at the time of delivery and average $150.00 for the 8" and $275.00 for the 10".

All D & G Achromat Tube Assemblies include:

  • Objective lens as described elsewhere
  • Fully baffled aluminum tube
  • Tube powder coated flat black inside, gloss white outside
  • Large rack and pinion focuser as described elsewhere
  • 2" and 1 ¼" adapters
  • Dewcap and dustcovers
